Founded in 1693, the College of William and Mary is one of the oldest college institutions in the country. It’s known for many of its firsts, including the first US institution with a Royal Charter, the first Greek-letter society, the first student honor code, and the first law school in the US. William and Mary is surrounded by many beautiful tourist sites such as Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Busch Gardens.

William & Mary has been called the Alma Mater of the Nation because of its close ties to America's founding fathers.
