The University of Notre Dame is a private Catholic university located in rural South Bend, Indiana. There are approximately 8,500 undergraduate students and 2,240 graduate students who attend Notre Dame. The university is not only known for their strong academics but also their extremely successful football team. The team has 21 national championships and is tied with the University of Alabama for the most wins. The city of South Bend is home to many great restaurants, coffee shops and music venues, so students have their pick of where to go for a night out.
