What are some techniques and tools students can use to navigate their college journey to chart a course that will help them thrive, learn, grow, and develop the strength to be successful throughout life?
Marsha Ray, M.A., brings an informed and unique voice to study abroad advising and college experience advising, based on teaching experience, in the U.S., in France and Italy, where she resided for 17 years.

Meet Marsha Ray
Marsha Ray, M.A., brings an informed and unique voice to study abroad advising and college experience advising, based on teaching experience, in the U.S., and in France and Italy, where she resided for 17 years. She also has been an adjunct professor at DePaul University and interim co-director of DePaul’s International Studies Department. In 1998, Marsha founded Student Extended Experiences Consulting, Inc., (SEEC), based in Deerfield, Illinois, to help students create and design dynamic GAP years or academic sabbatical experiences. In addition, she is a co-founder of College Experience Designers, an organization of seasoned professionals who work as a team to help individual students create opportunities that will maximize their college experiences and educational outcomes. She has presented at major professional and state conferences across the U.S.
